Garlicky Green Beans
Simple side, adding chopped garlic to the blanching liquid for an extra kick of flavour.
Equipment
- 1 medium pot
- 1 Knife
Ingredients
- 240 g green beans fresh, trimmed and cut in half
- 2 cloves of garlic , coarsely chopped
- 1.5 l water
- 2 tbsp salt
Instructions
- Add water, salt and garlic to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Add green beans and reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain and serve.
