Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 pineapple small, peeled and diced
  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cherries pitted and diced
  • 1 onion medium, diced
  • 3 jalapenos finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and diced
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 cup coriander/cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
  • Serve with your favourite nachos or over grilled fish.
