We decided to have wings last night. We served them with a side of nachos and this lovely salsa. It was a hit.

Pineapple Mango Salsa
A taste of the tropics, perfect with nachos or over your favourite grilled fish.
Equipment
- 1 Knife
- 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple small, peeled and diced
- 1 mango peeled and diced
- 1 cup cherries pitted and diced
- 1 onion medium, diced
- 3 jalapenos finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and diced
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 cup coriander/cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Serve with your favourite nachos or over grilled fish.
