It really was only updated for a couple of month back in 2007. Since then a lot has changed&#8230; We moved to England in 2010 and life has been crazy. I have just retired so there is no longer a good excuse for not doing a bit more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our son Max is now 14&#8230;almost 15 and wants to learn more about my cooking. Same goes for all of our nieces and nephews who are all now grown and always asking how I make certain dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since moving to the UK, I have changed how I cook and the words I use.  Scales instead of cups&#8230;prawn instead of shrimp, etc, I&#8217;ll try to do both American and British measurements and words going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, apologies for the poor quality of the old photos. Monitors had much lower resolution back then. As I remake dishes, I&#8217;ll update the images over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I hope you follow along and enjoy the food.
