We needed to use up some vegetables and left-overs. Autumn is finally setting in here. It is the perfect time for casseroles, warm yumminess.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/strong>2 cups chopped broccoli<br \/>\n1 rib of chopped celery<br \/>\n1 large chopped carrot<br \/>\n1 medium chopped leek<br \/>\n1 medium chopped potato<br \/>\n1 boneless, skinless chopped chicken breast<br \/>\n1 cup grated cheese<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n2 tbsp flour<br \/>\n1\/4 cup cream<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 clove chopped garlic<br \/>\n1 tbsp chopped thyme<br \/>\n1 tbsp chopped lemon balm<br \/>\n2 hamburger buns<br \/>\ngarlic powder, salt, pepper to taste<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp herbs de Provence<br \/>\nButter spray<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop vegetables. Saute chicken. Remove chicken from the pan. Add the flour to the pan. Stir in with juices and oil over medium heat.&nbsp;Whisk in cream and milk. Add chopped garlic. Top with shredded hamburger buns.
