The trick here is bacon and eating it warm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<br \/>\n<\/strong>2 lbs baby red potatoes<br \/>\n1 red onion thinly sliced<br \/>\n1 cup diced celery<br \/>\n1 cup diced carrots<br \/>\n1 tbsp celery seed<br \/>\n3 slices bacon cut into 1\/4 inch strips<br \/>\n1\/2 cup mayonaisse<br \/>\n2 tbsp yellow mustard<br \/>\nsalt to taste<br \/>\npepper to taste<br \/>\ncayenne pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><br \/>\nCut potatoes into 1\/8ths. Add to a large pot over cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are fork tender.
