It is delicious.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon hoisin sauce<br \/>\n2 tablespoon oyster sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon ketchup<br \/>\n1 tablespoon dry vermouth (or Bourbon)<br \/>\n2 tablespoon honey<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon ginger powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon minced garlic<br \/>\n1 lb brisket (or skirt steak), fully trimmed and sliced very thin<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Heat oven to lowest setting (165F &#8211; 175F), cut times below by at least half in a convection oven.<\/p>\n<p>3. Arrange meat strips on a cookie cooling rack over a cookie sheet.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"image070.jpg\" href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tonypauley.com\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/09\/image070.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tonypauley.com\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/09\/image070.jpg?w=1920&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"image070.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>4.
