It takes almost no preparation and is done in half an hour from start to finish (other than grill startup time).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Notice nothing fancy here, just let the smoke and the chicken do most of the work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Ingredients<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">\u00bd Chicken cut into 3 pieces: breast, leg quarter, and wing<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Serves 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Directions<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">1. Preheat the grill to 400F. Cut up the chicken and apply seasoning. After another 10-12 minutes check the chicken. Don\u2019t over cook the chicken or it will be tough and dry. If you pierce the breast with a toothpick, the juices should run clear.
