About Tony
I am best described as a polymath. My broad skill-set allows me to add tremendous value in almost any arena. I really add the most value in high pressure situations involving large amounts of uncertainty and change. This is where I thrive.
I am an expert at executing and delivering in the following arenas:

- New ventures
- Turn around situations
- Restructuring
- New product design
- Business process design
- Global team building
- Global process alignment
My primary skill though, is that of enabler. I enable teams to succeed in situations where they are often expected to fail. This is accomplished by building flexible teams and flexible solutions, enabling organizations to quickly build out the solutions needed to hit moving targets.
Currently I am primarily involved with a new financial services company called Castle Trust, which is located in London. My title is Chief Technology Officer. As with any start up, you wear many hats. My other current roles include:

- Security officer
- Business process design
- Financial risk modeling
- Social media optimization
I am always working on other ventures, including a number of websites.
